Minimum stay would be two months. if you decide to leave PG before two months, then Security and All Deposits amount will not be refunded. and we also need one month notice Period of vacating PG.

Applicant must observe all the Rules and Regulations. Breach of rules / regulations may invite cancellation / fine.

The PG accommodation will be cancelled if incomplete or false information is furnished.

Host reserves the right to cancel reservation without giving any reason or shift to some other Location. Paying guest accommodation on premises is tentative, which depends on availability of premises.

Host reserves the right to increase Rent, if necessary. Host will not be responsible for any mishap happening.

Smoking, consumption of alcoholic drinks, drugs and spitting are strictly prohibited in the flat premises.

Applicant will not enter rooms of other Applicants without permission of the housemates.

Every case of illness and accident must be reported immediately to the Host of the premises.

No functions or celebrations shall be organized except with the permission of the owner.

Guests suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to stay in the PG. Decision of the Administrator in this regard will be final and binding.

Allotment of the room, furniture etc. will be entirely at the discretion of the owner and no complaint in this regard will be entertained.

Electricity rate- 10rs/unit

Every Applicant shall keep the room allotted to him neat and clean. He / She shall take proper care of the furniture and fixtures handed over to him / her. The Administrator has the right to enter and inspect the rooms at any time, even in the absence of Applicant.

All matters relating to differences among guests and complaints about the servants shall be brought to the notice of the owner, who will take such action as may be necessary. No police complaint will be lodged by the guests before taking prior permission from the Host.

Applicants must switch off the lights, fans AC and Bathroom Geyser in their rooms every time they go out and take precautions to economize electricity consumption. Air-condition can be used 24×7 but it must be switched off if there is no one in the room.

The Administrator did not hold themselves responsible for the safe custody of the property of the guests staying in the PG. Applicants should provide their own locks and should take proper care of their belongings. They should not leave the key of the locker anywhere around.
Administrator/Host will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guests.

All the facilities including additional facilities like T.V., Magazines, News paper, Internet etc., misused, shall be discontinued without any notice and disciplinary action will be taken against the Applicants involved.

Before leaving the PG Accommodation, a Applicant must pay all dues and hand over the charges of rooms and other material in satisfactory condition to the owner of the premises.

If any Applicant is found misbehaving and misconducting himself, he/she will be expelled from the Accommodation immediately and the Rent paid by him / her will be forfeited.

No music system is allowed in the premises. Bullying / Ragging is strictly prohibited

Any complaint (indecent behavior/noisy) from the neighbors/society will result in severe action.

Applicants should not drive nails, screws etc. into the wall or doors. No repair shall be done by the Applicants themselves. They should approach the Administrator who will arrange for repairs. PG is meant only for the use of bonafide Applicants of that particular room. Visitors are not allowed to enter any room. They have to wait in a common area.

Charges for any damages to the property as well as to the furniture and fixtures caused by Guest negligence will be recovered from the Applicants staying in the said premises.

One month prior written notice must be given by resident guests to the owners when vacating the premises, without any default.

PG residents should take away all their belongings from the premises, before leaving the PG accommodation and must give clean and vacant possession.

Deposit amount will not be adjusted as accommodation charges. Security deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating the room.

The owners are authorized to evict any resident guest from any room, if in their opinion; such resident paying guest/person violates the rules, discipline or disturbs the peace. The decision of the owner shall be final in such cases.

No relatives, friends of resident guests are allowed keep any vehicle in the parking premises.

Display of any type of posters, calendars, and other material on the wall inside the allotted rooms is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so shall be fined Rs. 3000/- for subsequent offences and at last expulsion.

PRE-BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Each customer would have to pay a one-time pre-booking fee of ₹ 1000/-, which is a non-refundable.

Payment of booking charges means the customer has confirmed his stay with us on the said date of joining and it is assured that the person will be allocated a bed at the time of joining.

There will be no refund if the customer cancels the booking/fails to move in on his mentioned date of joining.

if Applicant not pay rent on time. a penalty of ₹ 500/day shall be imposed. and after 5 days of penalty, administrator can take all his luggage to his custody and can allote his seat to another person.

Cooking of food of any sort inside the PG accommodation is strictly prohibited.
